Karma-Tickets vs Art Police Citations

I saw a novelty item in the local bookstore: "The Official Karma Violation Ticket Book," which instantly made me think of those crazy Art Police citations... (See Tussin'Up for more info on the Art Police) Fuzzy picture of joke book from my lo-rez cell phone camera.
