I believe the 3 piece was The Big Employees, headed up by Richard Newman.
@Shari I remember seeing Stop the Car at the Ross. I also remember a great little 3 piece... Mr. Big or something like that. they had a song I can still remember "Going Downtown, Baby...I'm going Downtown. I still have a 45 of theirs in a box some...

Recent(ish), but not current! This was from '05. We stopped playing as a unit after the 20th anniversary show in January, 2006. It was a good run.
