I'm sorry that I didn't respond sooner. I left for Burning Man on August 25 and got home on Sept 25, then left the next day to spend two weeks at the Woodstock Film Festival in New York. I'm just now getting to the emails that piled up.
Please accept my condolences for the loss of your friend, too. Yes, Caleb and I were together for the last 8 months of his life. I'd love to share stories if you are interested. He was a character but he was also a a deeply sensitive person who I loved being with.
Were you involved with the artist's co-op in Seattle? I seem to recall your name coming up in conversation.
Thanks for getting in touch. I think there is a link on this site to my blog posting that I wrote for Caleb's friends so they would know what the last days and hours were all about. If you haven't read that yet, please do. It may help you to understand what was going on for him.
Again, my apologies for not being in touch sooner. I'm not always functioning well yet and email drags me down at times since there are thousands of reminders of Caleb here on my laptop which I haven't the heart to get rid of.
