That's a pretty, white PVC disc there! I wonder what it sounds like? This is another indie band that I have no idea who they are. Are they on Pitchfork?

New Soft Speaker Single Available Now (Free Download)

Ahoy!

I just posted the new Soft Speaker single, A Violent Parade, on the band's MFT page. It's available as a free download so, as Dr. Steve Brule says, check it out. The official release date is July 10th, which is the date of our next show at Schubas in Chicago, but I figured I'd give our friends at MFT a preview. Hope you like it. It was mixed by Joe Cheesman and mastered by Carl Sa… Continue

Memorial Day Weekend

Abby and I will be in Indy this weekend and are looking forward to seeing all our friends down there. Feel free to get in touch this week if you'll be in town. We don't have anything too specific planned other than to hopefully grill with Frank and Courtney.

I'm all for MFT and the artists both making some money whether it's NP or not. I'm glad there is another way of getting us out there. If I would have sold an album in the 80s, I remember most little labels and artists would be happy to sell their t…
