Spreading Indiana Music

College Avenue Neighborhood Development Organization

Our goal is to empower the businesses and individuals of our community to promote sustainable change in our neighborhoods and along the College Avenue corridor. As a group we are supporting the planned development at 49th and College.

Get involved and tell the City of Indianapolis how you feel by signing our online petition. It only takes a moment, but the change we hope to create will last much longer.

Please sign the petition now.

Thank You. PJ Christie

I used to live there in 90/91. I'm glad it has made a change for the better. However, it's too bad about the KFC. The hood seemed so much more vibrant with a sparkinling sheen of chicken grease.

Done and done! Great cause and a great idea for the neighborhood. The College Avenue corridor is slowly developing south. With the success of places like Yats, Northside News, Fresh Market, Taste, the Red Key and such, the 49th street intersection is the next logical place to go. A good place to invest? Probably.

Good work, P!
