Being unemployed has its up-side.
While doing my online job search, I simultaneously spent time with all of the audio cassettes I could find from 1984/85. Considering that I bought some of them from the convenience store for only 89 cents, it's amazing that they're still mostly good.
At this point, I suspect that only a few rogue tapes may be around, but I've not yet encountered them.
