I'm cracking up as I listen to "Let It Snow". Kenny hits some falsetto notes that I did not know he had in them. The premise is they take some Christmas song and overlay their vocals including some pretty hilarious extra lyrics and dialogue.

Happy Holidays!

I am looking forward to getting my copy from Kenny via IU Mail. I did not get the CDs at last year's RadioRadio show.

it definitely saw the light of day. kenny was handing cds out last year at a radio radio show. he had a whole big box of them with nifty pictures and about twice as many songs as what's on the MFT page. that reminds me, i need to dig that one out for holiday listening...

Jeb, of course that was my intent. Hilarious stuff, really. Kenny & Josh & the other cousin (I assume he is a cousin) must have, as Strohm pointed out, been drunk to dress like that and come up with that shit. Comic genius really. I agree with Strohm, we should all be grateful. Normally this stuff never sees the light of day, except within the family.........but now we have the familytree.

Christmas karaoke + talented but highly intoxicated singers + tape rolling = genius. It's an age-old, very dependable formula. In fact, it's genius without the tape rolling, but lost in the moment. Therefore we should all be grateful.

Mike, you are cracking me up. I hope that's your intent!

The photo is fucking priceless. The songs only add to the agonizing mystique and creative underpinnings that this shapes this band and their sound. If only there were more of this genre of talent making its way to the front of the Indiana music scene for all to see. It makes me realize how much we are all collectively missing from all that is really going on musically in this state. I am so grateful for places like MFT that support the level of craftsmanship and creative genius behind a group like the Hung Stockings. Their legacy will never be totally lost now, and I for one am thankful for this.

I don't know which is more disturbing, the photo or the music. Okay, definitely the photo.

Funny stuff. The Murder Ballads for Christmas.

Josh sounds like Towlie from South Park on "Let It Snow"

Funny! And somewhat painful. Ha! Is that Barry White on "Let it Snow?"
