I have been thinking about a documentary for some time that draws upon the whole nature of the MFT site. I grew up in Broad Ripple during the 90s and then moved to IU for school and experienced what I consider (bias?) to be one of the most unique periods in the Indiana underground scene. The amount of talent that branched out to form what Jeb has so masterfully realized with this site is something that I consider very special. I am currently living in Nashville TN and have started a production company. My partner and I have been considering a project similar to this with Nashville bands but the scope is nowhere close to as big as it could be with bands from Indy.
I am hoping to cull as much archive footage of bands as possible to begin to put pieces together. I have a pretty good sense of the bands I want to include, but I feel like I probably missed out on a lot of great stuff too. I want to see what kind of access to archival footage and photos I might be able to get my hands on and then begin to fill in the holes with interviews and new footage. So, yeah....any thoughts?

I would suggest getting Jason Yoder involved as well, indiana45s.com, since he has a wealth of info and contacts.
Maybe start with the punk scene, Gizmos, Zero Boys and go from there? That's kinda where I see the beginning of the scene that we encountered in Bloomington in the 1990s
