What I can't believe is that The Young Lords were still playing in 1993. I played guitar with them briefly in 1984. Is that the same band? Mark Devoy, Neal (forgot last name), etc?

I'm gonna guess it was a different Young Lords. I think the band on Incinerator was a West Lafayette group with Paul Kasprzak, Chuck Tipton and I forget who else.

Hmmm. This Young Lords was made up of Chuck Tipton, Jeff Lee, Paul Kasprzak and Bob Nicksic. They were from Lafayette mostly, but claimed Chicago residency by this time. So I don't really know if it's the same band. Crankpin played with them once or twice back then. They were a pretty cool band,

Yeah...different band. The band I'm talking about was 100% Bloomington and only played in town for a short time before evaporating as far as I ever knew. Just one of those coincidences.

Yeah, this site really needs more Mass. That guy is behind more musical shenanigans in Indiana and beyond than we may ever know.
