I guess my reply to your message earlier rejected...Anyway, sounds like you are having a lot of fun down there. Where all have you been in the Caribbean?
Jeff and I have been snorkeling in St John USVI. In fact, we got married on a beach there in 2002. Both think weddings are a waste of money...rather take a 3 week honeymoon to the Virgin Islands and FL.
We researched moving to St John but could not find a way to support the lifestyle. We also tried to buy a PODS franchise in northern FL but we were rejected because we didn't have $1million in cash. So for now we'll stay put until Lucy is on her own.
Lucy is now 3 and a big cutey pie. She talks non-stop but that keeps her from wining and crying so we deal with it. She throws fits, but nothing that a trip to time out hasn't cured. Over all, she has been a lot of fun and luckily very healthy.
Sounds like you are a bachelor....any lady friends or kids? How is Ben and what are your parents doing down there to amuse themselves?
The Library Degree is not a GEEK thing to have. I knew a few people that got that same degree at IU and atleast one of them is doing well with it. Runs a college library in Chicago and not hurting for money.
We are leaving tomorrow for another show. It is in Harvard IL. I drive the motor home with the car in tow and Jeff drives the truck with the COCO BONGOS trailer in tow. Lucy rides in the big truck and loves it.
We'll be checking email so don't stop writing.

We keep pretty busy with our 3 businesses (Mail Boxes Etc. 86th and Ditch, COCO BONGOS http://www.cocobongos.com , and one multi-unit rental property).
Tell me about you....how/when did you move to FL? Didn't you teach at NC for a while? How is your family?
